JLT Employee Benefits
Starting out with qualifications in Architecture and a degree in History of Art the move into financial services was not, initially, the obvious choice.
I have been active in the industry since 1997, starting my career with Legal & General and Barclays Life. I moved to a boutique IFAs in Kingston, and later in London, working as a Wealth Manager for several years whilst gaining industry qualifications.
I joined Alexander Forbes in 2005 where I set up a desk-based consultancy team, working closely with pension scheme members and later moved to strategic development of their DC pension services.
More recently I have managed Client Relationship Management teams, and on acquisition by JLT, now head-up the working group responsible for the development of their DC Group Pension proposition.
This provides a great opportunity to set our direction in the pension’s space and help play our part in this exciting area of the market, calling upon all the creative energy of my formative years. I also run the Work Site team, responsible for member-facing workplace education.
