Christian is the Co-founder and Chief Executive of Genuine Solutions Group – a company he started as a young entrepreneur with some friends back in 2005. Today the company employs more than 100 people in their head-office in Surrey and has grown into one of the most dynamic companies in the UK.

Genuine Solutions Group is the proud parent of two successful brands; Genuine Solutions and GSUK , a multi-award winning enterprise which specialises in the re-use and re-cycling of consumer tech and is also a distributor of new and reused mobile phones and accessories. With a vision to protect the planet from the harmful effects of technology by reducing the volume of electronic waste that gets thrown away, the company serves over 1300 customers across 51 countries and this success has culminated in the prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise as well as the Sunday Times Fast Track and many global green awards.

Not only has the business been recognised, as a leader and visionary behind the group’s success – Chris has also received many accolades for his business style and talent with a recognition award for his outstanding contributions to the mobile industry, voted and recognised by his peers and been a former finalist in the nationwide Growing Business Awards category of Entrepreneur of the Year and a finalist of the British Exporters Association, Young Exporter of the year.  Chris’ business style combines his entrepreneurial spirit with his commitment to the community by drawing a number of employees from the surrounding area,  making donations to a number of local services and working with community groups and charities. Chris believes passionately in protecting the planet and passing on the good will for the future which is why he is an instrumental figure in tackling issues such as homelessness, unemployment and youth skills development in his local community.

He has combined his business acumen with his commitment to doing the right thing by setting up a service called Recyclewise which operates at no cost to charities such as The Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme and allows them to generate much needed cash through the recycling of used mobile phone handsets.

Chris is a true entrepreneur who remains passionate about business growth through innovation, continuous improvement and partnerships but always with the mantra of doing the right thing.
