Kate is the CMO of Moneypenny: a business that handles 20m outsourced telephone and web-based communications every year for over 21,000 companies across the UK and the US, ranging from large organisations, legal, property companies and small business. Moneypenny wants to be their customer’s business’s second home and to do this employee happiness and building a strong supportive culture is at the centre of the organization as happy staff = happy customers. Moneypenny is rapidly expanding in the US by growing organically and integrating established US businesses so keeping internal culture strong especially with high levels of remote working in the pandemic has been a focal point of 2020 and 2021.
