Since launching in 2015, Ning has built the business from the ground up into an international beauty brand with a devoted global following and strong retail presence. Her vision continues to focus on making high-quality, trend-led beauty accessible while building a brand that consumers can trust and love worldwide.
Before founding The Beauty Crop, Ning trained as a Chemical Engineer and spent over a decade in investment banking, holding senior roles at UBS and Lehman Brothers.
