In 2021, Sonya Barlow was a Forbes 30 Under 30, runner up, shortlisted for the most influential women in tech UK and winner of the Accelerate Her 50 inspiring Women in Tech sponsored by Google, Founders Forum and Financial Times.

With 5+ years in the technology industry, Sonya has transitioned from working in technology consultancy to running her diversity & inclusion consultancy, facilitating 500+ workshops, growing the LMF Network to 35K + followers and three global chapters and delivering 2 TED talks. She is the first South Asian Woman to have given 2 TED Talks within one year.

Founded in 2018, LMF Network CIC is changing the narrative of inclusion through life skills workshops, community building and corporate mentoring programmes. Focused on enabling and empowering women and underrepresented groups into tech, digital & entrepreneurship.
