As the Chief Technical Officer at de Novo Solutions since 2021, he leads the transformation of cloud experiences using Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow technologies. Previously, he played key roles at Certus Solutions, Logica, Network Rail, and MOD EDS, contributing to large-scale payroll and HR solutions, including the world’s largest payroll implementation at McKesson NHS. Passionate about solving complex challenges, Ian is committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and exploring cutting-edge technology.
