In a survey carried out on over 500 SMEs (small and medium enterprises) by YouGov, it has been found that:
80% don’t know the cost of the foreign exchange fees their banks charge
43% would find international trade more appealing if fees were made clearer to them
25% feel their banks make it clear to them of their charged fees
