Af Malhotra is a serial tech founder, active philanthropist and board advisor. His career spans global technology companies, including Amstrad, Fujitsu, and Gartner. Af’s latest venture is Diversity Economics AI (DE.AI)- winner of the prestigious InnovateUK Goverment grant – where he is founder, CEO. DEAI is a data transparency, compliance and conversational learning platform – enabling organizations to accelerate their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and outcomes. Additionally, Af is founder, chairperson of non-profit, think tank – Diversity Economics Institute. Af has been featured in various media publications, including the BBC News, CNBC Live, HuffPost, Financial Express Magazine, The Times, Raconteur, Bloomberg, International Finance Magazine, and Entrepreneur Magazine. Af is also the founder and host of the popular podcast , StraighttalkwithAf.com. Af is a guest lecturer at London Business School (LBS) and Queen Mary’s, University of London, and New York University. He is also a concert level tabla percussionist.
