Agata Nowakowska is Area Vice President EMEA at Skillsoft, where she leads the field operations, to include enterprise and small & mid-market, as well as channel sales/strategic alliances across Europe, Middle East and Africa. 

Agata will be able to discuss how leaders can embed inclusivity into their thinking and behaviour, and by extension, the thoughts, words and deeds of their organisation as a whole. She can also explain why, as the war for talent intensifies, employee development and talent pooling will become increasingly vital to closing the skills and diversity gap.
