With over three decades of experience, Arti Halai specializes in empowering individuals with confident communication skills. As an Executive Coach, trainer and presenter she has impacted thousands of professionals in the UK and abroad.

For fifteen years, Arti worked as a television presenter, reporter and producer for the likes of the BBC and ITV. She covered major global events like the untimely death of Diana, Princess of Wales, the 911 tragedy and General Elections. For eight years she fronted ITV’s news across the Midlands, Central News.

As an entrepreneur and investor, Arti co-founded two successful companies in a recession. Both the PR agency, Fleet Street Communications and digital design agency, Grin Consultancy grew parallel, were profitable, achieved seven figure growth and worked with global brands. After twelve years, she exited both businesses as they did management buyouts in 2022.

An active presenter, Arti comperes award ceremonies and conferences, chairs panel discussions and forums.

Arti’s clients span across diverse sectors and include FTSE 100, 250, SME, entrepreneurs and startups as well as not for profit organisations.

Arti has held previous board positions as a trustee, NED, director and governor. She is board advisor to Auris Tech Ltd and an ambassador for Every Child Needs a Mentor.

She is mummy to an 8 year old, and loves books (biographies and fictional stories that are set in the Asian sub-continent and focus on culture, generations and relationships), musicals and travel.
