Over the last 10 years, with the backing of international investors, Guy has developed over £100,000,000 of prime central London property. He has experienced the most complex development situations. From detailed lease extension issues to excavating triple height basements, Guy has gained experience of the whole development process. His career was built on trust and relationships, the very core of how Glenhawk operates.
Guy formed Glenhawk in 2017 to provide a new angle on property finance, with the aim of becoming the best non-bank lender in the market, focusing on speed, service, and flexibility. Since March 2020, Glenhawk has secured over £200 million of funding from global institutional investors, as it remains on target to lend half a billion pounds by 2022.
When he’s not working Guy enjoys cooking, long walks and is a strong advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
