JOSEPH VALENTE started out as a 16-year-old plumbing apprentice building his own man-in-a-van operation from a standing start into a multi-million-pound gas installation company by the time he was 30.
ImpraGas was the UK’s largest independent boiler business with annual sales of £10million before he sold it in 2020.
Fittingly, the plumbing apprentice won television’s The Apprentice in 2015, partnering with the notoriously hard-to-please Lord Alan Sugar before going it alone once more.
Now he runs Peterborough-based Trade Mastermind, which has empowered hundreds of small businesses to grow and expand, teaching them how to realise their true potential.
Only last month he was able to announce that Trade Mastermind, which operates in the trades and construction space, had notched up sales of £1million and is now valued at £10million.
He has proved such a marvellous motivator and mentor that some of his “pupils” are now running major companies, while others have even quadrupled their profits.
Joseph also runs the inspiring Millionaire Mastermind, considered to be one of the best and most inspiring networking brands in the business which invites amazing speakers and mentors to hang out at the top of London’s Gherkin every two months.
