Kate Rowlinson is CEO of MediaCom UK and has been part of the MediaCom family for ten years. Having worked across EMEA and APAC regions, she brings a wealth of global experience; as well as her passion for the People First culture. She sits on the Stella Advisory Board – WPP’s women’s leadership group set up to increase the number of women in senior executive roles across the group – while also acting as a mentor on Groupm’s 50:50 programme – which aims to achieve an equal gender split at an executive level.
