A serial entrepreneur, Mark has built, scaled and exited multiple successful businesses. Prior to founding de Novo, he was the Founder and CEO of Certus Solutions, the UK and Ireland’s first dedicated Oracle Cloud implementation partner. Under his leadership, Certus achieved Oracle Platinum Partner status, expanded internationally, and was ultimately acquired by Accenture UK in 2018.
Mark co-founded de Novo Solutions in 2021 with a clear mission: to close the gap between technology investment and real business impact. In just three years, de Novo has grown from a Welsh start-up into one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology consultancies, operating across the UK and internationally. The business has been recognised for its exceptional growth and innovation, including ranking in the top 10 of The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing companies.
Known for his practical, no-nonsense approach, Mark is a strong advocate for disciplined use of technology, particularly in areas such as finance, HR, payroll and procurement.
