As Senior Director of Marketing at Sage, Richard Moloney leads small business and accountant marketing for the UK’s leading provider of accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology. Rich is responsible for shaping and delivering Sage’s marketing strategy across brand, performance and customer marketing. Working with cross‑functional teams, Rich and his organisation drive Sage’s commitment to removing barriers for small businesses and accountants, combining innovative technology with trusted human support to help customers start, scale and succeed with confidence.

Prior to joining Sage at the beginning of 2024, Rich held leadership role at top creative agencies. Most recently as Managing Partner at AMV BBDO, Rich has worked with global brands including Mars, Meta, and Sainsbury’s.
