Shalini Khemka CBE is the founder, CEO, and Board Member of E2E, a pioneering platform for entrepreneurs, investors, non-executives, and SME-focused corporates. E2E’s mission is to create the UK’s largest and most active entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering exceptional entrepreneurship. Its 30,000+ SME community contributes £230 billion to the UK economy and employs 1.15 million people. E2E connects founders, raises capital for high-growth businesses, secures talent, and champions entrepreneurship through access to networks, investment, and corporate services.
Shalini serves on the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board and Market Finance’s Supervisory Committee. She is also a Fellow of Burton and South Derbyshire College, advocating for the power of knowledge to drive change.
During COVID-19, as Chair of the Business Action Council’s Job Retention Scheme Committee, Shalini influenced key policies, including the UK Bounce Back Loans scheme and Flexi-Furlough. Her work was commended in the House of Lords for its impact on Capital Gains Tax deliberations.
In 2022, Shalini joined Globant’s Be Kind Tech Fund Advisory Board to support tech-for-good start-ups. Earlier, she co-founded the first online ‘bank-to-bank’ trade finance platform and held roles at Deutsche Bank, NatWest, and Coopers & Lybrand. Honoured with a CBE in 2022, she continues to champion entrepreneurship.
