Sophia started at Sage in 2020 as the Business Executive/Chief of Staff to the CISO and then Chief Risk Officer. Since then, Sophia has worked for Sage’s Chief Technology Officer and currently runs the Chief Product Office and Product Operations team who support Sage’s 4000+ Product Function. These roles all combine strategy, execution and operational delivery. Prior to her tenure at Sage, Sophia spent over a decade in central government in the House of Commons and the Cabinet Office across teams in cyber security, Parliamentary policy and transformation; including the policy for the legislation for the Restoration and Renewal of Parliament Bill, a £5bn+ programme. A long-term advocate of inclusion, Sophia has created and run networks, events and initiatives aimed at supporting women and underrepresented groups into careers in security and technology across both the public and private sectors.
