A former Intelligence Corps soldier, Stephen draws on his military experience to promote trust, leadership, and resilience across his ventures.
He leads Hermes Digital UK, a specialist provider of secure, tailored digital communications for high net worth individuals, senior executives, and public figures. Hermes Digital offers discreet solutions that combine reputation management, digital security, and strategic online presence—all delivered with precision and integrity.
An award-winning educator and Fellow of the RSA, Stephen also founded the Invicta National Academy during the Covid pandemic to ensure continuity in education. His accolades include twice being named Kent Teacher of the Year and leading Social Media for Schools UK, where he authored the book Social Media for Schools to support education-sector engagement.
