The Help to Grow: Management Course is a 12-week leadership course designed to help small business leaders like you boost leadership skills, business performance and resilience. 90% government funded, it costs just £750 per person.

Available at 60 business schools across the UK, this practical, case study-led course is delivered by small business experts and entrepreneurs. It includes 12 modules covering the fundamentals of leading a business, 10 hours of 1-to-1 mentoring to help you apply the learning to your business, and peer networking sessions.

Participants leave the course ready to design and lead the change required to take their business to the next level, even in the most challenging of conditions. Business leaders attending the course have already increased revenue, reduced operating costs, and employed more people. 

93% of course participants surveyed would recommend the course to another small business leader.  Six months after completing the course, 92% reported improved leadership and management of their business.
